1. Should I register?
Yes, you should register your business to be able to access long list of services we provide, such as: Posting your job ads and CV search.

2. How much does it cost to register?
Nothing. Creating a new business account is totally free of charge, and you will be able to start using our services immediately and will send you the user name and password to the email address you provided in your registration form.

3. How long does it take to activate my account?
Your account will be fully operational immediately after we send you the User ID and the Password.

4. I find difficulties in posting my job Ads, Can you help?
Sure, we will help you, just send us your help request in the contact us form and we will contact you.

5. If I forgot my password or my user name; can you remind me?
Yes, if you want to request a password or user name reminder, please click 'Forgot Password' link entering the email you used in registering to Q8CV and the system will send you the username and the password immediately.

6. Can I change my password?
Yes. To change your password, Click 'Edit my Profile' link in your page on Q8CV, ‘Change my password’ Link.

7. Can I change my Private Information?

Yes, to change your Private Information; Click 'My Profile' then 'Edit' link the private information section in your control panel on Q8CV.

8. I'd like to change some information in my Company Profile, what should I do?
To change your public Information in your Company’s Profile; Click 'My Profile' then the 'Edit' link in the public information section in your control panel on Q8CV.

9. I don't want to list some business details, what should I do?
Yes, Just Write ‘Confidential’ in the wanted fields.

10. I want to add my logo to my business profile and vacancies, what should I do?
If you want to add your logo, please upload your logo using your control panel by clicking the image displayed, we will format an resize the logo to match Q8CV standards and we will make it part of your postings.

11. I would like to delete my account, what should I do?
Yes. To delete your account please send us a request through the contact us form and we will contact you.

12. I want to post some of my vacancies, how much should I pay?
Kindly check our packages using the 'Order Now' link in your control panel.

13. How many jobs can I advertise for free?
It depends on the voucher you have.

14. What should I do to advertise my vacancies on Q8CV?
First, you need to create new business account. Immediately after, you can start entering your vacancies. To do so, simply go to your control panel and click on the "Submit new job vacancy" link.

15. I have entered some vacancies, they are there in the search, but they do not appear in the main page?
Vacancies advertised in Q8CV main page either registered as Hot Jobs or Featured Employers, if you wish to add any of these features to your Ad, just send us a request through the contact us form and we will proceed.

16. How long does it take to display my Ads online on Q8CV?
It takes no time to be shown on the site, just after you finish editing your Ad click the ‘Activate’ link and it will be active online.

17. For how long will my job Ads remain advertised?
It's totally up to you. We will remove any job Ads after one month, if no special offers are there, but you can remove it before that, or renew it for another months, it is totally up to you.

18. How do I know who replied to my Job Ads?
You can view the applied CVs to your job ad in the 'New CV' link and the 'Reviewed' will include the viewed CVs and the CVs sent directly to the email address you specified in your job posting. You can define how you want to be contacted, or what job seeker should do to apply for the job.

19. When should I post new Ads?
Any Time, we are online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week serving you.

20. Can I remove a job that's been filled?
Yes Sure, simply go to your control panel and click on the "Pause" link beside the job Ad, while 'Delete' link will remove the job and the applied CVs.

21. I want to change the details of my Job ad, what should I do?
To change the details of any of your Job Ads, simply go to your control panel and click the job title then click on the "Edit this job" link.
