1. Should I register?

Yes, you should register your business to be able to access long list of services we provide, such as: Posting your job Ads, resume search, and inclusion of your business profile.

2. How much does it cost to register?

Nothing at the time being. Creating a new business account is totally free of charge, and you will be able to start using our free services after our review to your registration request we will issue you a User ID and a Password and will send them to your email account provided in your registration form.

3. How long does it take to activate my account?

Your account will be fully operational immediately after we send you the User ID and the Password.

4. I find difficulties in posting my job Ads, Can you help?

Sure, we will help you, just send us your help request in the feedback form and we will contact you.

5. I forgot my password; can you remind me?

Yes, if you want to request a password reminder, please click 'I forgot my password' link entering the email you used in registering to Q8CV.

6. I forgot my User ID; can you remind me?

Please, Contact us through the Feedback form about that and we will contact you.

7. Can I change my password?

Yes. To change your password, Click 'Edit my Profile' link in your page on Q8CV, ‘Change my password’ Link.

8. Can I change my Personal Information?

Yes, to change your Personal Information; Click 'Edit my Profile' link in your page on Q8CV.

9. I'd like to change some information in my Company Profile, what should I do?

To change your Information in your Company’s Profile; Click 'Edit my Profile' link in your page on Q8CV.

10. I don't want to list some business details, what should I do?

Yes, Just Write ‘Confidential’ in the wanted fields.

11. I want to add my logo to my business profile and vacancies, what should I do?

If you want to add your logo, please send us a request through the Feedback form and we will contact you.

12. I would like to delete my account, what should I do?

Yes. To delete your account please send us a request through the Feedback form and we will contact you.

13. I want to post some of my vacancies, how much should I pay?

Nothing, it's free of charge at the time being.

14. How many jobs can I advertise for free?

As many as you want, No limits at the time being.

15. What should I do to advertise my vacancies on Q8CV?

First, you need to create new business account. Immediately after, you can start entering your vacancies. To do so, simply go to your page and click on the "Post new job" link.

16. I have entered some vacancies, they are there in the search, but they do not appear in the main page?

Vacancies advertised in Q8CV main page either registered as Hot Jobs or Featured Employers, if you wish to add any of these features to your Ad, just send us a request through the feedback form and we will proceed.

17. How long does it take to display my Ads online on Q8CV?

It takes no time to be shown on the site, just upon finish editing your Ad click the ‘Activate Ad’.

18. For how long will my job Ads remain advertised?

It's totally up to you. We will remove any job Ads after one month, if no special offers are there, but you can remove it before that, or renew it for another months, it is totally up to you.

19. How do I know who replied to my Job Ads?

Your contact details will be displayed in every job Ad you advertise, so that job-seekers will contact you directly, and not through us. You can define how you want to be contacted, or what job seeker should do to apply for the job.

20. When should I post new Ads?

Any Time, we are online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week serving you.

21. Can I remove a job that's been filled?

Yes Sure, simply go to your page and click on the "Deactivate" link beside the job Ad you want to remove.

22. I want to change the details of my Job ad, what should I do?

To change the details of any of your Job Ads, simply go to your page and click on the "Edit” link beside the job Ad you want to update.

23. I want to remove a job Ad I posted, what should I do?

To remove a job Ad, simply go to your page and click on the "Deactivate" link beside the job Ad you want to remove.
