Job Description

A. should be fluent in English
B. should be at least college graduate
C. should have at least 2 years experience in Secretary, sales and purchase
the candidate would be doing the following work on his desk and laptop
Project-based duties
1. Study inquiry for quotations, this will usually include studying specification sheets, drawings and BOQ
2. prepare quantity tables and quotations based on submitted documents on Excel tables
3. review sales contract terms and conditions
4. prepare work orders and schedules
5. prepare purchase orders and manage shipping requirements
6. keep updated records of products, sales, purchases and projects
HR and Secretary duties
1. Keep records of employees files
2. keep records of company document and expiry dates
3. Communicate with Clients and Vendors
and some other clerical or secretary works
